• the Administrator of your personal data is Kontakt Micro-Location Sp. z o.o., (“Kontakt.io”) registered at Stoczniowców 3, 30-709 Kraków, entered into National Court Register under KRS no. 0000490663 and REGON: 123003210, Tax ID/EU VAT: PL9452176914, with share capital 1 261 000,00 PLN paid up.

• your personal data will be processed in line with Kontakt.io’s Privacy Policy, basing on your given consent (legal basis: GDPR art. 6, par. 1a) to provide you with services, products or support you requested from us. 

• your personal data will be stored until we receive a submission of your request to remove your personal data from our database 

→ demand access to your personal data

→ rectify, restrict processing of and erase your personal data

→ object against your personal data processing

→ portability of your personal data

→ rescind your consent to personal data processing at any time

→ submit a complaint to supervisory authority which is Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych if you believe your personal data is processed by Kontakt.io not in line with above-mentioned regulations
