In the past few days we have discovered the excessive discharge of the battery in the Beacon Pros and Asset Tags that is caused by a RAM retention. Due to the possibility of memory corruption when switching between sleep and active mode, device may enter into boot loop which drains battery.
The problem has been successfully fixed in the recent SDK releases. To minimize the risk of premature battery discharge we highly encourage you to upgrade firmware on all Beacon Pros to 1.13 and Asset Tags to 1.4 or newer.
